BIO:

Body movement has been a constant in my life- Yoga, dance, climbing, skiing, hiking, and strength training. When chronic pain and repetitive injuries emerged in my early adulthood, my journey towards healing led me to therapeutic bodywork, somatic awareness, and a deeper spiritual practice.

My work is the integration of everything I’ve lived, practiced, and studied. With 15 years of experience, I weave therapeutic bodywork, somatics, breathwork, and mindfulness with training in massage, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed yoga, social work, and Reiki. I explore both Eastern and Western healing modalities: traditions that honor the body as an expression of nature itself.

A grounding thread through all my work is the remembrance of our connection to Earth. Whether through breath, movement, or touch, I invite clients back into relationship with the rhythms beneath us. This Earth-rooted lens informs how I support people navigating stress, chronic pain, emotional holding, and nervous system imbalance.

I believe in an intuitive and evidence informed approach: rooted in anatomy, shaped by somatic wisdom, and guided by the understanding that healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and reconnected to something larger than ourselves.

My intention is to help people come home to themselves, physically and energetically. I hold space for you to unwind long-held patterns, soften into your body, and rediscover ease, vitality, and presence. Pain carries with it seeds of wisdom.

EXPERIENCE:

Unlike the Western medical academy, there does not exist a corresponding institution of higher learning in yoga & bodywork. Instead are various schools of practice and students who learn through close apprenticeship with a teacher. I have over 2000 hours of study in anatomy, kinesiology, applied yoga therapy, and massage therapy.
