Rooted Living: a Holistic Yoga & Wellness Retreat

How do we stay rooted in peace when the world around us asks for our stress? How do we stay grounded when we feel pulled in all directions?

If you’ve been holding a lot, feeling overstimulated, or disconnected from yourself, this is for you.

Through daily movement, deep rest, nourishing food, and time in nature, your nervous system begins to settle.

Your mind clears.

Your body softens.

Lake Atitlan offers a unique retreat experience, a blend of cultural richness and deep tranquility.

Held by the land, the lake, and the surrounding volcanoes, this retreat is an invitation to:

slow down, support your nervous system and return to your true nature

Through practice, rest, and self inquiry, we’ll explore how to stay connected to intuition and how wellness can realistically integrate into your daily life.

Learn to stay grounded in your true nature and leave with tools to live more intentionally, carrying the magic of Lake Atitlan with you.

If this calls to you, I’d love to have you join me.

xx Sam

Practice in a BeautifUL covered shala with panoramic views of lake Atitlan and volcanos

Ground yourself with the practice of sacred silence followed by meditation and vinyasa flow each morning.

Support your digestion with nourishing food, reconnect to Mother Earth with naps on the shore, take a dip in the lake or stand-up paddle board (SUP).

Afternoons unfold with journaling, painting, writing, reading, or rest. Enjoy sauna sessions, get a massage, or explore surrounding towns.

Close your evenings with laughs and conversations at the dinner table, sound healing, and restorative yoga.

Thoughtfully structured, with plenty of space to rest and choose your own rhythm.
